Narrative

Primary diagnosis of intellectual disability (ID). All other disability codes are secondary disabilities.  Day Habilitation services are provided in the community-based settings of Worcester and Devens in Massachusetts, and Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

All programs offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy (OT, PT, SLT) along with nursing and behavioral supports either on-site or in the community. Training is offered in functional life skills,  wellness, fine- and gross-motor skills, self-direction, community utilization, socialization, and communication.

Staff to member ratios 1:7 up to 1:4
