Narrative
At UCP’s on-site Assistive Technology Regional Center (ATRC), we loan AT equipment the same way a library makes short-term loans for books. Check our online inventory at www.massmatch.4all.com, for the technology or equipment you need, then visit our lab for a demonstration to “try it before you buy it.” We have assistive technology for the workplace, school and home modifications, mobility, aids for daily living, low vision, hearing, or many other conditions across a spectrum of disabilities.
Our Center serves people of all ages and at all stages of their lives, from birth to seniors. We offer technical support, demos and loans at our physical location in Pittsfield, MA to accommodate people with disabilities and seniors across Western MA. See our address listed at bottom of this page. The Center is open daily: Monday — Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
UCP’s mobile unit can provide AT technology support, demonstrations and short term loan devices in Western Massachusetts. We provide services to children, adults and seniors with disabilities, as well as those who may need assistive technology such as people recovering from stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI).
If you would like to schedule an AT Roadshow at your facility, please call us at 877-775-4UCP toll free. We visit and set up our mobile unit at hospitals, other community agencies and health care facilities, assisted living complexes, senior centers, colleges, workplaces and more.
