Narrative

The library has over 39,000 items including:

  • books
  • magazines
  • newspapers
  • music
  • audiobooks
  • movies  

The updated library features a children’s room with storytime and craft space. We  have a young adult area. We have a local history room. There is a periodicals/reading room. We have quiet study areas.  There are public computers for both adults and children. We have wifi access throughout the building.

Has a Library of Things. 

Books To Go is a service cosponsored by Friends of the Bolton Public Library and Friends of Bolton Seniors.  The service is for homebound Bolton residents.  Each month a selection of books and/or audiobooks tailored to the person's likes. They will be delivered to his/her door.  In a month, these will be picked up and replaced by a fresh selection.  Deliveries will be made on the first Friday of each month.
