Narrative
The Boston Money Management Program uses trained, supervised volunteers to help elderly or disabled individuals with managing their money. Clients are low-income Boston residents with limited assets. Volunteers visit in the home once or more each month. Services provided include developing a budget, reconciling accounts, interacting with creditors, basic advocacy and detection of scams or abuse.
