Narrative

The goal of Bridging Care for Families (BCF)  is to uniquely support families who are striving to care for a child with significant medical needs.  We believe that family-centered nursing supports are critical in complementing families’ capacities to provide care at home.  In addition, our goal for skilled services is to provide the highest quality nursing and therapy services to our clients to ensure they reach their optimal level of health and well-being.
