Narrative

Building Blocks, a program of the North Shore Arc, provides intensive home and community based interventions to children with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum, from birth to three years of age and their families. Building Blocks uses and approach that is consistent with the strongly evidenced based Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) which is a model that integrates the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with developmental, relationship based orientation, particularly the principles of Floortime. The program works collaboratively with Early Intervention Programs to provide comprehensive and supplemental services.
