CORD is a grassroots disability rights organization & Independent Living Center (ILC) for all persons with any disability. Focuses on advocacy & disability rights issues. CORD provides four core services to consumers: information + referral, advocacy, skills training and peer support. CORD also has a Deaf & Hard of Hearing Independent Living Services (DHHILS) program.
