125-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility . Provide post-hospital rehabilitative care for the medical and surgical patient. Provide JCAHO-accredited long-term care for the patient in need of restorative nursing, respite care, and hospice services. In addition to populations listed, can serve: cerebral aneurysm, multiple trauma, orthopedic conditions, progressive neuromuscular or neurologic disease, pulmonary disease.
