Narrative

Griswold Special Care refers Caregivers who specialize in helping elders and the disabled with a variety of tasks and activities of daily living, which allows the Client to remain safely in their home, assisted living, nursing home or hospital. Services are available from a few hours a day live-in care 24/7. Respite and hospice cases welcome.

Hospice and Palliative Care Support

Sometimes, despite your strongest wish otherwise, the best you can do for a loved one is to make sure they are not suffering. They can retain some quality of life as they live with serious illness. Palliative care helps address the pain, symptoms, and stress of their illness. For those who are approaching the end of life with little likelihood of recovery, hospice care provides dignity for the person. It gives peace of mind for those close to them. Hospice offers pain and symptom management as well as emotional support. Griswold Care Providers support palliative and hospice patients and their families with:

  • Emotional support
