Narrative

Provides statewide case management services which includes case coordination, advocacy, cross-agency coordination, supportive counseling, information and referral as well as co-case management, consultation and technical assistance. Bilingual staff (ASL/English) available. Applications for free or low cost adaptive telephone equipment are processed and recipients are certified at MCDHH. The Children's and Family Program offers supportive counseling, parent education, advocacy and consultation to families of deaf and hard of hearing infants/children from birth through completion of high school (age 18 or 22).
