• DCH provides donated furniture and household goods to those in need, free of charge.

Elder Home Repair & Maintenance

• EHRM supports the age network concept of AGING IN PLACE by helping assure a physically safe and healthful home.

Family Shelter, Housing Placement, & Stabilization

• CMHA provides emergency shelter in coordination with DHCD  with programs  designed to provide families with the opportunity to develop a plan for housing and employment, allowing them to get back on their feet and obtain a home as soon as possible. 

Hope for Housing

• Hope for Housing raises awareness about homelessness and utilizes the collective buying power of congregations to raise money for the prevention of family homelessness.

Housing Counseling

• Housing Counseling works to prevent homelessness and to promote safe, stable and affordable housing.

Public Education & Advocacy

• Public Education and Advocacy works to raise awareness of the real issues of homelessness and lack of affordable housing opportunities in our community.

Youth Against Homelessness

• YAH works to bring awareness to the community about family homelessness through education, advocacy, and community service.
