Home health aides assist elderly, homebound and handicapped clients with personal care, dressing, meal planning, meal preparation, exercise regimes and ADL activities of daily living. Also offers disease state management programs, patient education, caring for kids program, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, Speech pathology, Social Work, Care Transition Services and registered dietician home services.
