Narrative

Therapeutic riding is an equine-assisted activity designed for the purpose of contributing positively to the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being of people with disabilities.

Riders are placed with licensed horseback riding instructors to work on goals that encourage self-confidence and contribute to improved physical conditions.

Ironstone Therapy, Inc. provides medical equine-assisted therapy.

A nonprofit affiliate of Challenge Unlimited, Ironstone Therapy, Inc. employs licensed professional physical and occupational therapists who provide therapeutic intervention for our clients as young as 18 months.
