The CHP Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is a comprehensive medical practice providing primary medical care in Berkshire County. It is accessible to all people, regardless of insurance status, immigrant status, or ability to pay.

We provide preventive, acute and ongoing medical care for infants, children, adults and elders. We provide full, 24-hour medical coverage for our patients, 365 days a year.

Provides comprehensive health services to children and adults. Provides help with enrolling in Medicaid and other publically-funded health insurance.

Offer Spanish Language interpreting; transportation vouchers and other services to make health care available to all who need it.
