Narrative

The Client Assistance Program (CAP) provides information and advocacy to applicants to and consumers of MassAbility, Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, and the independent living centers. CAP also provides information about Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act. CAP can help people understand their rights and obligations under the federal regulations that apply to vocational rehabilitation and independent living services. We can assist people in resolving problems and appealing decisions.
