Narrative

Our Clinical Case Management staff have experience working with adults with autism spectrum disorder, mental illness, and intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) who have a range of interests, abilities, and needs. Staff create a partnership with each individual and his/her family to identify goals that will lead to a more meaningful and purposeful life. Whether it is expanding one’s social circle or coordinating a series of important medical appointments, each service plan is unique, and our services can be provided in the community or at our offices.
