Narrative

Amego’s adult residential services provide community- based residential living which supports people living with autism and other development disabilities. Each home, located throughout The Commonwealth, creates an environment that promotes independence while providing for the needs of individuals in their home and community. Individuals continue to develop and strengthen their social and functional living skills while participating in the day-to-day upkeep of their homes and as active members of their local communities.

Features of residential services include:

• Dedicated manager in each home
• Onsite staff supervision
• Ongoing and meaningful collaboration with all service providers
• Caring, compassionate, and trained front-line workforce
• Access to on-call clinicians and administrators
• Daily access to community activities
• Clinical programs developed by Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Ongoing staff-training
• Coordination of medical care
