Narrative

Our Center provides an array of person-centered and interest-based social and recreational activities for mind and body where individuals can also have access to needed therapeutic and clinical services. Additional services including community-based day services (CBDS), supported employment, peer support, transportation and pre-vocational services may also be available. Like all of CO-OP’s services, the focus is on accessing community resources and enhancing individuals’ quality of life.

Our services are approved through UMass Medical School Home and Community Based Services. They are available to eligible adults under the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Moving Forward Plan (MFP) waivers.
