Narrative

Offers brochures, books, audio and video tapes, professional articles, and help for people who are facing mental health issues for patients, family, friends and professionals. ( CD from the American Psychiatric Association providing info. on all psychiatric disorders) We also have a job counseling program where we help people find jobs for those with psychiatric disabilities. We run groups on job seeking, writing resumes, deciding whether people are ready for part time or fulltime, both paid or volunteer. We do a lot of peer counseling for patients and families & friends. We are one of the first of its kind resource centers in the nation, where we are mental health consumers helping consumers.
