Narrative

Community Based Day Services where individuals can choose to participate in activities designed to help meet Individual Service Plan goals in addition to holding a job or instead of attending the Day Habilitation program. Individuals are offered a wide variety of outings and activities to help explore their interests and broad their access to the community.

Without Walls

New to CBDS is our unique Without Walls program. The goal of this program is to integrate our clients directly into surrounding communities without having to come to the main campus. Through a person-centered planning process, all opportunities will be explored based on the client’s preferences and to support their desired outcomes and goals. This program is provided in a variety of community settings with activities that promote opportunities for increased independence and inclusion.
