Narrative
Employment specialists at PRIDE work step-by-step with job seekers ages 18+ who have been diagnosed with a disability. We'll help develop a career plan at a pace that's consistent with individual abilities. Services may include job training, job placement and/or job retention services. The program is funded by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), The Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), the Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP), private insurance and/or local school departments.
