Community Employment is a supported employment program that helps individuals with disabilities find and maintain jobs in the community. 

The Community Employment program matches employer needs with qualified workers with disabilities.

CE staff support clients through:

• World of Work employer tours
• Job coaching and training

• Employee matching
• On-site training
• Job coaching and follow along

Community Enterprises has been a pioneer in the movement of helping individuals with disabilities transition from sheltered employment to community based employment since the late 1970's. The organization works with over 300 employers in meeting their staffing needs with qualified individuals with disabilities.
