Narrative

Basic to program philosophy is that a personal network is the essential component of mental health. Strengthen and expand family and friendship ties and use of community resources. Program for deaf individuals with mental illness/intellectual disabilities. Adult Family Care is an open referral program for MassHealth recipients (adults) with disabilities which provides residential supports through living in individual home in community of choice. Supported Living Case Management Services: Staff will assist disabled adults who have Personal Care Attendant services but are experiencing difficulties around managing Personal Care Attendant services apply to Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission for a program that provides these supports.
