Narrative

Offers Personal Care Attendant services (PCA) to enable individuals w/ disabilities to live more independently. Designed to maintain -high risk- or institutionalized individuals in their own home.   This program is driven by the consumer and can include assistance by a Surrogate.  Consumers hire their own Personal Care Attendants to meet their own assistance needs.   Tempus Unlimited Staff are  fluent in Portuguese, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Spanish and Russian.  This is a Statewide Program across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Tempus Unlimited also operates a very large Fiscal Intermediary program, providing all employer and payroll services to those using self directed programs including the PCA program. 

Offers Adult Foster Care - care management and nursing support in the home in Southeastern Mass.  Caregiver and AFC Member live together in a setting that is approved within the state of Mass.

Offers Supported Living for consumers in need of surrogacy.  Consumers use the PCA program and also need support with overall household management, financial support, housing, vocational, personal care and other individualized supports.

Offers Competitive Integrated Employment Services for people in Southeastern Mass. - Assessment and job placement services as well as follow along coaching are all services within this program.  Services are very individualized.

Offers Pre-Employment Transition Services for youth still in high school.  Services include work based learning, internships, job supports, skills training in vocational readiness, job placement and assessment.  Services are very individualized.

Offers a Resource Department for Information and Referral.

Offers Transportation services to people with disabilities.

Offers Social, Recreation and Therapeutic services to children and adults with disabilities.
