Narrative

Consortium of the following communities: Amesbury, Andover, Boxford, Byfield, Georgetown, Greater Lawrence Technical School, Groveland, Hamilton, Haverhill, Ipswich, Lawrence, Lowell, Merrimac, Methuen, Middleton, Newbury, Newburyport, North Andover, Rowley, Salisbury, Topsfield, West Newbury, Wenham. These communities are served by fifteen member school districts. Under the jurisdiction of the member School Committees whose Superintendents of Schools or his/her designer compose its governing board. The vast majority of the work of the Collaborative is with students with identified special needs. Services are provided in public school settings and in Collaborative Classrooms in substantially separate schools. Transportation, consultation, specialized services, and professional development courses are also available to member districts.
