Narrative

Crystal Springs School provides residential, education and treatment services to children, adolescents and young adults with developmental disabilities. Our students' primary diagnosis is severe to profound cognitive disabilities, which may be accompanied by behavior disorders, physical challenges, and/or medical conditions.

 

Nursing staff is available on-site 24 hours a day. Treatment services include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Low Vision/Orientation and Mobility Services and Music Therapy. We provide 24 hour awake staff and the program utilizes a team approach which includes, but is not limited to, education, nursing, residential, psychology, rehabilitation and social services.
