Narrative

Crystal Springs School provides residential, education and treatment services to children, adolescents and young adults with developmental disabilities in the  severe to profound range, which may be accompanied by behavior disorders, physical challenges, and/or medical conditions.

Nursing staff is available on-site 24 hours a day. Treatment services include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Low Vision/Orientation and Mobility Services and Music Therapy. We provide 24 hour awake staff and the program utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach which includes, but is not limited to: Educational; Nursing; Residential; Behavior Support; Rehabilitation and Family services.
