Narrative

Each of our three centers provides individualized medical, therapeutic, and developmental services to meet the needs of those requiring enhanced assistance and support while also fostering personal independence.

Referrals to LifeStream’s Day Habilitation programs are generally made by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.
