Narrative

For adults with ID and multiple disabilities or intensive needs. Refining basic skills, ADL skills, communication, intensive work training, with adaptations to environment to compensate for disabilities. Behavioral adjustment & training.

Fees paid by Massachusetts & New Hampshire contracts.

Supported Employment: Small groups of individuals work at a variety of "on-site" locations within local communities.

Individual employment for individuals who do not require 1:1 support for success. Instruction is provided by a supervisor who works alongside people.

Work Choice / Community Based: Supported employment for people with a variety of challenges including ID. Work skill development, work behavior, functional academics, social skills & community utilization. Helps people deal with stress, fear & anxiety. Uses complex system of positive incentives to encourage socially acceptable responses to stress of everday life.

Vocational Training: Full day vocational schedule where clients receive supervision & training in vocational skill development in a variety of sub-contract jobs. Work on increasing production rate to competitive norms and work on educational & social skills necessary to move to a less restrictive setting.

Work Choice: Work Choice supports people in attaining and sustaining personal and professional growth. Supports are flexible and creative based upon a person's determination and choice within the community.
