Narrative

Through contracts with the MA Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the staff of Bridges Homeward's Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) provide intensive support services to individuals and their families to help them remain in their homes and commnunities. Staff work in partnership with families to identify and work towards achieving goals which meet the needs of the individuals and family members. Additionally, staff provide information, referral and guidance in child development, behavioral supports, parenting support and special needs and community supports.
