Narrative

DBCC provides opportunities and prevents isolation, so that consumers may lead independent and productive lives. Focus is on emotional growth and coping skills for deaf-blind persons. Guest speakers are invited. Referrals accepted from MCB, Perkins and Helen Keller National Center. Social events for deaf/blind persons in Boston area and Western Massachusetts. Annual membership of $22 encouraged. The membership includes Newsletters, discounts at events.
