Narrative

Must be 65 and older or have a disability/unable to use normal mass transit & be a resident of Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, East & West Bridgewater, Whitman.

• ADA – Anyone, regardless of age, who by reason of physical or developmental disability is unable to ride a fixed route BAT bus will be eligible upon acquiring an ADA pass.
• Seniors – Anyone 65 years or older will be eligible with proof of age and residency presented to the Customer Service office at 10 Commercial Street (BAT Centre).

Must pre-register with the BAT. Goes to surrounding area & to Boston. No service restrictions. 

ADA – $3.00 each way within the ADA service area. $4.00 to go beyond the ADA service Area to one of BAT’s communities. All of Brockton is within BAT’s ADA service area, as well as parts of Avon, Abington, Whitman, Stoughton, and Easton. Call (508) 584-5530 to determine specific trip eligibility.

Seniors – $3.00 each way within the same community. $4.00 from one community to another community.

Groups of 6+ people traveling together, to and from the same destination, ride for half fare.

Personal care attendants ride for free. Companions are limited to one and must pay the regular fare.
