Narrative
Funded by Mass Health, CO-OP has CARF accredited day habilitation programs. They offer a menu of services to people whom may need more intensive and structured levels of support. Many people in these programs rely on our menu of health care and clinical services to maintain their best health and physical well-being. Programs are designed to support quality-of-life choices and goals for personal fulfillment. We work on strengthening skills through preferred activities. We give needed support and help.
These services are developed and monitored by qualified interdisciplinary team members including clinicians, healthcare supervisors, and professional program staff.
