We provide the tailored services to support active and meaningful lives for our neighbors with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Services include:

• money management
• help with daily living skills
• medical case management
• in-home personal care
• assistance with transportation
• help with housecleaning and food shopping
• instruction in emergency notification procedures

Our team assists people in getting to appointments and to enjoy fun activities in the community. Each person goes to a day program, works in a supported setting or competitive job, or enjoys retirement activities.
