A federal, mandated Medicaid program. Pursuant to this mandate, MassHealth pays for comprehensive health care services for MassHealth Standard and CommonHealth children and young adults. Stresses importance of regular medical and dental examinations as well as timely treatment for health problems. Provides screening, assessments and necessary medical treatments.
