Narrative

Elm Brook Place is an ICCD certified clubhouse program of Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. We are open to anyone with a history of mental illness as long as they are able to be safe in a community environment. Elm Brook provides structured vocational rehabilitation daily, with opportunities for transitional, supported and independent employment. Members are also assisted with continuing education, housing subsidies, SSA benefits, and entitlements. Opportunities for health and wellness are also available in the form of  YMCA memberships, weekly nutrition classes and smokingt cessation support. Program is open all holidays and Saturdays for social activities. We serve the communities of Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Boxborough, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow, Wilmington, Wincester and Woburn.
