Funded by DDS. DDS eligibility required. 

Delta Projects’ Intensive Respite Program provides emergency short-term care at our respite facility. Program is for people who present significant and recurrent safety risks in their current residential setting. Some of the undesirable behaviors exhibited may include:

• aggression
• property destruction
• self-injurious assault
• signs of severe mental illness
• other challenging behaviors

that may cause harm to themselves or others.

The Intensive Respite Program provides increased staff supervision, intensive clinical supports, structured routines, effective limit-setting and safety and risk management procedures to ensure the stabilization of people so they may return to an appropriate residential setting.
