Emerson Hospital outpatient Rehabilitation in Westford and Concord boasts a large gym with training equipment, and  separate gyms/office space for pediatric clients. We have three pediatric physical therapists, a pediatric speech pathologist and a pediatric occupational therapist with over 60 years of combined experience treating children and adults with developmental delays, genetic disorders, and syndromes, as well as neurologic and orthopedic conditions. Using a family centered model, therapy can address mobility, balance, gait training, postural control, agility and coordination, strength and endurance training, as well as assistance with orthotics, and durable medical equipment, mobility aides. Speech therapy can address expressive and receptive language as well as feeding needs with our feeding clinic. Our occupational therapist works with toddler through school aged children to assist with motor skill aquisition, sensory regulation, dressing, feeding, fine motor and attentional issues.  Additional contact: Mary Evans PT, DPT, MS mevans@emersonhosp.org
