Emerson Hospital outpatient Rehabilitation in Westford and Concord boasts a large gym with training equipment. We have separate gyms/office space for child clients. We have three pediatric physical therapists, a pediatric speech pathologist and a pediatric occupational therapist. They have over 60 years of combined experience treating children and adults with developmental delays, genetic disorders, and syndromes, as well as neurologic and orthopedic conditions.

Using a family centered model, therapy can help work on:

  • mobility
  • balance
  • gait training
  • postural control
  • agility and coordination
  • strength and endurance training

We help with orthotics, and durable medical equipment, mobility aides.

Speech therapy can address expressive and receptive language as well as feeding needs with our feeding clinic.

Our occupational therapist (OT) works with toddler through school aged children to assist with:

  • better motor skills 
  • sensory regulation
  • dressing
  • feeding
  • fine motor skills
  • attention problems
