Individual Placement

• Individual placements match participants with local businesses, schools, or organizations. These placements allow participants to work on their own with minimal support from the employer and infrequent behind-the-scenes support from Riverside. Individual placements include; Amherst College and UMASS Dining Services, Big E Supermarket, Stop 'n' Shop Supermarket, Big Y Supermarket, Serio's Market, Packaging Corp of America, Harley Davidson- Southampton.

Fulfillment & Production

• Riverside's Production Department is an integrated, facility-based employment option which provides local and national companies with cost-effective solutions for their fulfillment, packaging, and assembly needs
• Riverside is a valued partner for companies with production and storage needs. Riverside is known for quality and quick turn-around time for jobs. It is cost effective to use Riverside. You will not have the added burden of the time and cost needed to recruit, interview, hire and train workers.
