Narrative

We are a non-profit, with a focus on employing people with disabilities to be active and productive members of our team, providing you with top quality products meeting your technical needs, and helping members of our communities.

MicroTek is a cable assembly company that employs 95 individuals, 16 with developmental disabilities. Intensive training & supervision is provided by nondisabled coworkers to increase independence and productivity.
