Narrative

For individuals with developmental disabilities, programs offer longer-term support to find and keep jobs. Adults with disabilities participate in day programs. 

The Employment Supports Program assists participants in achieving their individual employment goals. For those in need of on-the-job training, this program offers a paid training experience that simulates competitive employment expectations. Job development and job placement activities are provided to ensure positive employment outcomes. Once a position is secured, follow-up support including retention counseling, transportation assistance, and job coaching is provided as needed.
