About 90% of Special Needs Law Group's clients are families with special needs children or siblings. We offer:

• basic to sophisiticated estate and special needs planning (yes, including special needs trusts), representation in court for guardianships and conservatorships,
• counselling in transition and future life planning
• advocacy with government agencies such as DDS, MassHealth, and others
• counsel and representation in SPED cases
• counsel to trustees in trust administration
• representation of executors and trustees in post-mortem administration and settlement of estates and trusts
