Narrative

Take a walk along the Taunton River or enjoy a picnic in the large meadow. You can also see World War II battleships at Battleship Cove.

Offers waterfront esplanade, Visitors Center, lectures, performances, exhibits, concerts, family events and cultural celebrations. Attractions include Fall River Carousel, Marine Museum, Railroad Museum, battleships and submarines. The park hugs the shore of the Taunton River (Mt. Hope Bay) and offers a boardwalk, benches, groves of trees, an antique carousel, public sailing programs, and a three-acre meadow perfect for summer concerts, craft festivals and family picnics.  Limited hours call ahead.  HCP outside bathroom, open dawn to dusk north side of Visitor's Center.
