MOC’s Family Resource Center (FRC) provides support services and advocacy for families to:

• foster parental involvement

• promote parenting and child development education

• encourage social connections

• provide concrete supports in times of need

Activities of the FRC include:  

• Evidence Based Parent Education Courses

• CANS Assessments/Family Support Plans Development for youth referred by juvenile Court, Schools, other Community Service organization

• Parent Support Groups/Individual Support

• Information and Referral

• Schedule and host Family Visits (for families whose children are in DCF custody)
