Narrative

This program offers caregivers information about available resources, assistance with arranging support, gaining access to services, counseling, support, training programs, respite and supplemental programs to complement the care that is provided. If helpful, a home visit will be made by an experienced professional staff person to provide individual assistance. Participates in Language Line Services for non-English callers. *Ages Served: Caregivers of individuals 60+ older or who have been diagnosed with alzheimer's disease, grandparents/& relative caregivers who are 60+ and are primary caregivers for children under 18 and those with ID & developmental disabilities.
