Narrative

The Family Support Center at Lifeworks provides information and referral to services that assist families and caregivers. Family Support staff members help families identify and obtain appropriate services. Lifeworks Family Support serves individuals with disabilities who live at home and their families. To receive Family Support services, you must be determined eligible by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
