Narrative

The FSP (Family Support Program)  program  provides services based on the funding from the Department of Developmental Services. The program serves adults with intellectual disabilities, children that have developmental disabilities, and their families. The program offers case management (information and referral), interpretation (Russian , Arabic, Turkish, Nepali, Karen lanquages) educational advocacy and educational support to the eligible clients. Lutheran Social Services also provides several other programs based on other state and federal funding, to different ethnic groups, mainly Russian-speaking refugees. These programs include case management, job training and job placement, English classes, interpretation and immigration assistance.
