Narrative

The Family Support Center works with service providers, community resources and other agencies to promote and provide support for families with children and adults who have developmental and intellectual disabilities (IDD). In Also, it connects families with resources, consultation, and the education they need to be their family member’s best advocate. We host a vast number of activities at our Family Support Center in Weymouth including; workshops and training, recreation and community outings, family events, life skills groups, lending libraries with assistive technology (AT), training, and drop-in/ vacation camp respite.

We also provide information and referrals which include housing workshops and DDS application assistance.
