Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) Formerly Fuel Assistance

LEO provides heating assistance to income-eligible households in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus, Swampscott, and Wakefield, regardless of heating source (gas, oil, electric, heat-included rentals).
