Narrative

Serving 6 with ID/DD, the goal is to facilitate each person's growth, so each can fulfill his/her potential. Coordinate services and resources, present options and provide security and impetus for risk-taking in pursuit of personal development, health and safety. Room & board paid by client, DDS contracts, some HUD support. Primary diagnosis of intellectual disability.

Beaverbrook STEP provides 235 individuals with Community Living & Housing Support services.  Our group residences,  private apartments/condos and shared living homes offer a wide variety of housing support settings, including individualized supports (in-home supports), self-directed housing services, independent living, family support services, Agency with Choice (AWC) services, shared living and 24 hour supervised residences.
